Las Catalinas is located on Costa Rica's northern Pacific Coast, just north across Bahía Potrero from the town of Flamingo. Our 1,200 acres are filled with and surrounded by beauty with over 2 miles of dramatic coastline, great beaches, trails through the hills, amazing wildlife both on land and at sea, and a climate that pulls you outside to enjoy it all.

At Las Catalinas, we envision a finely crafted town made up of a mix of private homes, small hotels and inns, commercial establishments, civic buildings and recreational facilities. All elements will be arranged to create a series of wonderful, walkable public spaces interwoven with nature.
