I like the project! It is very environmentally sustained, well designed and secure. I like the idea that it is not on the beach. My concern was the floods and hurricanes hazard for any beachfront housing. Same time it is in the walking distance to the beach. Cool project!

I agree with Vector. Most of the houses on the beach are high maintenance due to the corrosions from salty mist. We bought house on the beach (it was a paradise dream), but sold it. Tired to replace hinges annually and adjust wood doors and windows. We sell it before it become a liability because life spin of house on the beach is very short. We will be happy with great ocean view and walking distance to the beach. Ladera Pacifica is good option. Secure, modern, luxury, all amenities are close (Bahia, Canoa, Manta). Love the idea of being on the protected Hacienda and be able to explore its unique flora and fauna.
