Aniyana

Aniyana, which takes its name from the native Lucayan Indian name for Grand Caicos, will comprise a limited number of exclusive beach and lagoon front luxury residences, nestled in private and romantic, lush landscaped gardens. It will include a world-class boutique hotel, destination restaurant and spa, all of which will exude understated luxury and offer spectacular views of almost pink, powder-soft beaches and crystal clear turquoise sea.
Influenced by traditional respect for the environment, the proposed low-density eco-sensitive resort will also include a stunning nature preserve which will be a sanctuary for Grand Caicos’s indigenous flora and fauna. The 48 square mile island, currently home to just 250 people, is renowned for its long, picturesque stretches of secluded beaches and outstanding natural beauty. More recently, the island is being recognized as key to the future growth and development of the Turks and Caicos Islands chain, a British Overseas Territory.
