I wanted to write and let you know two pieces of good news.

#1 -  I'm having a baby boy! My wife is in the hospital and my son is likely being born as you read this today. His name is Maximillion and we're super excited as you can imagine.

Given my son's birth, and Alex being in Ecuador for the International Living Conference, you may notice we're a bit slower in returning calls and e-mails this week.  We appreciate your understanding!

Now, for the second bit of good news...

#2 - Many of you enjoyed our classes from last year so much, that you've requested recordings of them. To make it super easy, I've had them turned into video's and posted them at the link below. 

This includes the class on 2nd passports and Uruguay residency, and Offshore Banking, a class full of tips and advice on banking.

I hope you've had a good summer and are enjoying the transition to fall. Here at Sugar Loaf things are going really well. We're excited to say due to strong interest in the project, our upcoming tour in November is now full. Its coming on high season, and we expect these to fill up quickly. You also can't beat the summer weather!)

Up till now, we've required that people build one of our three home models. However, over the past year, many of you have requested more options and greater freedom in choosing when and what to build.

You've asked, and we have listened!

Starting today, we are now easing building requirements so you can build any design you want (obviously within some basic guidelines to ensure the overall beauty of the community).
